Explanation of the 2013 Accountability Summary Report

Accountability Summary Report
The Accountability Summary report provides the state accountability rating issued to the district or campus: Met Standard, Improvement Required, or Not Rated. To receive a Met Standard, campuses and districts must meet or exceed the target score on all indexes for which they have performed.

Explanation of the 2013 Accountability Summary Rep Texas Academic Performance Report

NCLB Highly Qualified Teachers
The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) requires each local school district to publicly report progress of the district and its campuses toward meeting the federal highly qualified (HQ) teacher requirements, annually.

Federal School Report
The U.S. Department of Education requires a report card to be disseminated annually to include
